Why I want to go to Melbourne

Melbourne is the second most populous city in Australia, with a metropolitan area population of approximately 3.74 million (2006 estimate). Located around Port Phillip Bay in the country’s south-east, Melbourne is the state capital of Victoria. Melbourne is a major centre of commerce, industry and cultural activity. The city is often referred to as Australia’s “sporting and cultural capital” and it is home to many of the nation’s most significant cultural and sporting events and institutions. It has been recognised as a global city by the Loughborough University group’s 1999 inventory. Melbourne is notable for its mix of Victorian and contemporary architecture, its extensive tram network and Victorian parks and gardens, and its diverse, multicultural society. It was the host city of the 1956 Summer Olympics and the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
In fact, i like big cities and sporting cities, that´s why Melbourne is very attracting!

Why I want to go to Stockholm

Stockholm has been the political and economic centre of Sweden since the 13th century. Today Stockholm municipality is the largest of the municipalities of Swenden, with a population of 788,269 (June 2007), and Stckholm urban area with a population of 1,252,000 is Sweden’s largest continuously built-up area. The metropolitan aera of Stockholm has a population of 1,932,763 (June 2007). With its location on several islands on the east coast of Sweden at the mouth of Lake Mälaren, by the Stockholm archipelago, it is widely renowned for its natural beauty.
In fact, i like the name of the city… It´s a name of song which i like ^^

Why I want to go to Zurich

Zurich is the largest city in Switzerland. The city is Switzerland’s main commercial and cultural centre (the political capital of Switzerland being Bern), and is widely considered to be one of the world’s global cities. You have a strange climate because of is localisation, in fact a day the climate is very heat and an other, it´s so cold! In Switzerland, the crime rate is inexistant so, culture & events, recreational acitivities, etc, are privilegious.

I like this city because of her security, in fact, security in the world and in a citie is fundamental for me! Here in Sao Paulo the people security is not the primary aim… Furthemore, i like cultural cities, and Zurich is one! But the unique imperfection is the climate, i like the heat and sun, but in Switzerland i can´t find this all the days!
